Who We Are and How We Work

SurfaceWorks ProWash is a Canton exterior cleaning company. The owner grew up in Carrollton, a farm town about forty minutes south of here, and moved to Canton at seventeen for his senior year at GlenOak. The service area is not a territory drawn on a map — it is the twenty cities he has personally worked in.

Before this, he worked as an insurance claims specialist, negotiating property damage claims with adjusters — making sure the carrier paid for the damage, and that a claim captured everything the policyholder was entitled to. He earned the Haag Certified Inspector credential during that work, trained in wind and hail damage assessment. He no longer carries it, because he no longer inspects for carriers, but what it taught still shows up on every job: the most useful thing on a roof or a wall is often knowing what cannot be cleaned. Granule loss, hail bruising, a failed seal, mortar that has gone soft, concrete that has already lost its surface — those get named for what they are rather than washed at and hoped over.

It is also why the prices are published. Every residential price is on the pricing page, set by a measurement you already have, so you can find what your property costs without a visit and without a phone call.

Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a surface we cleaned, tell us within 14 days and we will come back and re-clean it at no charge.

Roof soft washing keeps improving for four to six weeks after the visit as treated growth releases with rain and weather. If your roof has not come around within 60 days, tell us and we will re-treat the affected area at no charge.

The guarantee covers cleaning. It does not cover conditions cleaning cannot correct — oxidized or chalked finishes, concrete scaling where the surface has already broken loose, failed paint or stain, and rust with an active source still feeding it. We identify those on the walkthrough and tell you before any work begins.
